This is the bigger, badder, meaner, awesomer 🙂 ‘CINEMA SPECIAL’ book trailer for Marco Dias’ provocative and astonishing debut novel, OLIWIA. We had to capture a lot of the drama in this novel. The brief: “start strong, show some carnage, then end on a healing & positive note.” From the visuals to the layered sound design we reckon we got it right. Plug in high-end headphones for a true cinema experience!

Pissarros Bar and Brasserie, located in Hastings town centre, asked us to do a promo of their food stall at the Nearly On The Beach charity event – which of course we were happy to do. They are very much a ‘foodies’ pub, so if you are in the area, be sure to check it out. You can also stay in their Townhouse rooms above the pub should you need to.

One of our favourite jobs is producing mini documentaries to promote and report on the various events and shows that are held throughout the year. They are usually good natured, fun days out and we get to meet and interview a variety of interesting people from all walks of life. This arts event is the Made11, Brighton’s Design & Craft Fair held in the Brighton Corn Exchange. The exhibits are of exceedingly high quality and this video captures and illustrates the creative, artistic talents within our local communities.

This video was shot on the N. Cornwall Pentire Peninsula and features a guest appearance from Jack Biggs who was cove fishing. The music is by the talented Paul Roberts. Linda M. James asked us to create a trailer for her latest novel, ‘Fatal Façade’. The author stipulated that the trailer should portray key elements of the drama edited in the style of the film trailers seen on the cinema circuits, except the usual cinema format voice-over was omitted from the brief.

William commissioned Empathic Productions to produce a showreel trailer as part of a marketing campaign to highlight the availability of the series on the market. We took some of our more unusual overseas footage shot in documentary style to create a travel vlog with an International flavour. Slices of Life is a work in progress. When we find the time to load more archive material into the editor this documentary compilation will be expanded. A section shot in France is in the works to be added shortly.

Abdoulaye Samb is a well known Senegalese artist currently residing in the UK. We filmed an outside performance in Stratford, London E15 during the late summer of 2020 while gathering footage for a trailer for the Daylight Project, a new live streaming show for musicians currently hampered by the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions.

XibitQubes is a product promo commissioned for a new product range of weather proof portable exhibition panels. Many of these panels can be seen in central London outside famous buildings. The promo was created by combining three location shoots in London.

The challenge is to get from Brighton to London along the old racing route using the least amount of energy. Sponsored by British Gas, Global Fuel Economy Initiative (GFEI), Evolt, RAC Foundation, Hilton, Daily Telegraph and What Car.
